We are proud to announce that our first ever issue, November 2025 has been published!
In our first issue, we have delved deep into the topic of “Nutrition & Health”, which has been gaining popullarity both among the scientific community and social media. With our new publications, we hope to enlighten you upon many crucial topics, such as food allergies, osteoporosis, eating disorder awareness, GMO ethics, and many more.
Exclusive to this month’s issue, we have also included an advisory article on how to create a balanced diet plan, along with a suprise 2-minute meal made with seasonal produce, that will both nourish your body and satisfy your soul.

Our first issue of 2026 is here to build your fundamentals on anatomy to maximize your Bioside experience!
The January 2026 Issue “Introduction to the Human Body”, covers topics concerning anatomy, systems and bodily functions, from the nervous system all the way to immune system.
As always, this issue also includes healthy recipes that will combine health and deliciousness all at once, nourishing both your body and your soul.
Finally, we have our “science ethics” corner, where we debate a new scientific dilemma every issue, this month’s being the C-Section dilemma.

What exactly is Bioside?
Bioside is a club dedicated to sharing a passion for biology and medicine and was formed by our founders Işık Deniz Ergül and Zeynep Çapcı in September 2025. the Bioside Magazine, on the other hand, is one of the activity fields of our club, and is being conducted by our members, that are also the authors of the articles in our magazine.
How can I become a member/author?
Since Bioside is a student club of Beştepe College, so you need to be either a preparatory grade, 9th grade or 10th grade student enrolled in Beştepe Highschool. Also, you need to reach the club presidents through our official E-mail, biosideclub@gmail.com.
What can I do in Bioside except for being an author in the magazine?
You can also join our PR team or summit organization team if you want to contribute to our club. Except for these, you can also sign to become a member of our club if you want to participate in biology competitions Bioside will sign up to as a club.
